    fill this! :: november 2004

    ahhh, a new kind of open battle to bring some much needed life back to the arena. i actually ripped this idea from twelvestone.com. it works pretty well there, so i thought we could have a go here....

    the rules:
    - use the served image to create something new, using some portion of the original.
    - keep same dimensions (600x480), and orientation (portrait).
    - each return is standalone - build off the original, not the last return.
    - post once, twice, thrice, or as often as you like...have fun!

    Looks vector to me, and it is not to hard, why would he "cheat" with crappy filters?

    There are voices in the feedback...buddy Paul said that to me at a concert once. For some reason, I couldn't look at that glass of ice and not see a Picasso-esque figure in the ice...seemed somehow...relevant...

    no cutout filter, it was all done in Illistrator CS with the pen tool and pathfinder by traced it using a locked layer at 40% transparency.

    and no offence taken

    I didn't realize the surgeon general had gotten that deep!

    I liked the challenge of post, don't worry about what you propose, a greater challenge tends to derive greater results.
